Every Three Hours is the sixth book in the Darby McCormick series by Chris Mooney. Darby is back in Boston with Coop. When she arrives at Boston police station she is confronted by a guy wearing a suicide vest, claiming to have planted several bombs around the city, which he intends to set off every three hours if his demands are not met.

I enjoyed this book, it was different from the others in the series, rather than chasing a serial killer she is dealing with a single person threatening the whole of Boston. It was also nice to see Darby's father mentioned again, as I believe a lot of what led Darby to where she is today has to do with her father.

As always this book was well written with a great plot and fantastic characters. I have now read the whole series and cannot wait to read more of Chris Mooney's books.

This is the third book in the series, looking through my review I realised I never did a review of this book so without further ado here it is.

When students start to go missing and turn up dead with a statue of the Virgin Mary sewen into their jackets, Darby is called in to help look at the evidence and help catch the killer as usual its not long before the killer has his sights set on Darby and she is caught in a dangerous game of cat and mouse.

I did enjoy this book however, I found it to be a bit slower than the previous books in the series. Once the book got going I found it really good and couldn't put it down. This series of books have taken me on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and has quickly become one of my favourite series and Chris Mooney has earned himself a spot on my list of favourite authors. I cannot wait to read more of his work.

All in all a very well written book, with great plot and characters. An easy and enjoyable read, which leaves you desperate for more after each page.

This is the fifth book in the Darby McCormick series by Chris Mooney. Darby is back and hunting another serial killer. This one is known as the Red Hill Ripper. He takes families, ties them up and then kills them. Darby and Coop are called in to help process the evidence and help catch the killer. It's not long before The Ripper has his sights set on Darby and is targeting her. Can she catch before he catches her?

I am really enjoying this series, this book by far is the best in the series so far. A huge plot twist at the end which I didn't see coming. This book kept you guessing all the way through which is what makes a book great in my opinion.

Yet again another well written and thought out plot, easy to follow and very gripping. I couldn't put it down. I read this book in a single sitting. I cannot wait to read the next one in the series.

This is the fourth book in the Darby McCormick series by Chris Mooney. Ten years ago Darby worked on an abduction case where a young boy was abducted and never found. Now ten years later he is back and has taken his family hostage, he is asking to speak to Darby an Darby only. What happened to him in those ten years and why is he back now?

This book is just as good as the previous three books in the series. This series is shaping up to be one of the best series I have read this year or in fact in a long time. This book keeps me constantly wanting to come back for more. A quote on the front cover of the book says "Will keep you up past your bedtime" truer words have never been spoken, this book kept me up well into the early hours as I just couldn't put it down, I yet again found myself saying one more chapter over and over till I finally finished the book.

I love reading how Darby's carer evolves and devolves and how her relationship with Coop grows throughout the books, I find myself desperate to know if they finally get together and if Darby will finally get the happy ending she deserves.

The cases Darby works are always really interesting and the book, in general, is very interesting, well written and keeps you captivated from the very first page right to the last page, it keeps you desperate to continue onto the next book to find out what happens next.
