When the body of women is found at an abandoned butchers shop on a table with no apparent cause of death and no marks on her body. She is taken to the morgue for an autopsy and Robbery Homicide detectives Robert Hunter and Carlos Garcia are called in.

The M.E starts to the autopsy, noting the women's lips and female organs have been sewn shut. After undoing the stitches the M.E discovers a bomb inside the women's female parts. But why?

When another body shows up again no apparent cause of death, sewn lips and female organs. Hunter and Garcia don't know what to make of it. This body, however, comes with a message 'He's inside you' What does this mean? Why is this happening?

Hunter and Garcia are thrown on to one of their sickest cases yet, Carter has done really well with his descriptive writing, it really gives your imagination the tools needed to set the scenes in your mind. This drags you into the story and makes it impossible to put down. With every page turn and every chapter, you find yourself being pulled deeper into the story and the lives of the characters.

A really sick and twisted story but wonderfully gripping and unputdownable at the same time. For these reasons, I have chosen to give this book Five out of Five Stars.
